Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, additional preparation is required, or unforeseen conditions are discovered on site. Any changes to the original scope will be communicated to the client before additional work proceeds.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Iconic Flooring Solutions reserves the right to require a deposit before scheduling any project. Full payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring the work area is cleared of all furniture, vehicles, and personal belongings before the scheduled installation date. Iconic Flooring Solutions is not responsible for any damage to items left in the work area. The client must also ensure that the space is accessible and ready for work to begin at the agreed upon time.

5. Warranty

Iconic Flooring Solutions stands behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or conditions outside of our control.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability
